Formal inquiries from a driver onto a fellow competitor can be done so by posting $200 to the claim. If the competitor is found breaking the rules, the driver filing the inquiry will receive his $200 back. If the competitor being charged is found within the guideline of the rules, the driver launching the inquiry will forfeit the $200 dollars to the competitor.
